Hi!  My name is Alan Bell, and I work as an Agile Consultant in Wellington, New Zealand.

In a nutshell, this website exists so I can post links and expound theories / experiences I have (or have had) regarding the wonderful world of Agile. If you don't know what I mean by "Agile" (it can be taken many ways), I'm specifically referring to this:

"Agile software development describes a set of principles for software development under which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross-functional teams. It promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement, and it encourages rapid and flexible response to change. These principles support the definition and continuing evolution of many software development methods." - Wikipedia
If you find it useful, great!  Feel free to contribute in the comments, submit new ideas, challenge my theories / assumptions, etc. As an Agilist myself, I welcome healthy discussion and debate about any and all of my preconceived notions.
